退換貨政策

官網退貨政策

📌 公告:目前僅提供退貨服務,不提供換貨
如需更換尺寸或商品,請先完成退貨流程後,再重新下單。


一、退貨、退款流程

1. 申請退貨

  • 請於收到商品 7 天內 至官網訂單頁面填寫退貨單,並保留 商品吊牌與完整包裝

  • 重要:填寫退貨單後,請務必同時寄 Email 至 remesso.info@gmail.com 主動聯繫
    我們 不會主動處理退貨單內容;請一併提供 寄件證明與單號,否則 無法追蹤您的商品

2. 寄回商品

  • 請使用 7-11 店到店 寄回至:

3. 提供退貨資訊(Email:remesso.info@gmail.com

  • 請提供

    • 訂單編號

    • 寄貨證明(含寄件單號)

    • 退貨品項(確認退貨成功後,款項將直接退回原付款信用卡帳號)

    • 收款帳號(貨到付款需提供,退款將於7-14個工作天內轉帳至您提供的銀行帳戶;信用卡付款者,款項將直接退回原付款信用卡帳號)


二、退貨須知

  • 退貨商品須為 未經使用、未下水、無人為污損或缺件

  • 吊牌未拆、原始外包裝完整(含外盒、贈品)才可受理退貨。

  • 7 天鑑賞期為猶豫期,非試用期

  • 以下情況恕不接受退貨:

    • 超過 7 天鑑賞期

    • 商品已使用、下水或有人為污損、破壞

    • 包裝、配件、贈品不完整

    • 惡意或大量退貨

    • 貼身衣物(內著衣褲、背心、襪子)基於個人衛生考量,售出後恕不退貨


三、退貨運費與優惠計算

  • 每筆訂單享有 一次免運退貨服務(限使用 7-11 店到店或客服指定的退貨方式)。

  • 若為 部分退貨,將重新計算原訂單金額:

    • 若保留商品金額 未達 $999 免運門檻,將酌收原訂單運費。

    • 若退貨後 未符合活動優惠門檻,退款金額將依商品原價重新計算。

  • 超過一次以上退貨或非指定方式寄回,運費須由顧客自行承擔。


四、退款說明

  • 貨到付款訂單:退款將轉帳至您提供的銀行帳戶。

  • 信用卡付款訂單:退款將直接刷退至原信用卡帳號。

    If you need a different size or item, please complete the return process first and place a new order.


    1. Return & Refund Process

    Submit a Return Request

    Please submit a return request on the order page within 7 days of receiving your item.
    Ensure that the hangtag and all original packaging are kept intact.

    Important:
    After submitting the return form, you must also email us at remesso.info@gmail.com to notify us.
    We do not process return forms automatically.
    Please attach your shipping proof and tracking number; otherwise, we will not be able to track your return.


    2. Ship the Item Back

    Please return the package via 7-11 Store-to-Store to:

    3. Provide Return Information

    Please include:

    • Order number

    • Shipping proof (including tracking number)

    • Returned item(s) (after the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method)

    • Bank account details (required for Cash on Delivery orders; refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
      For credit card orders, refunds will be issued directly back to the original credit card.)


    2. Return Guidelines

    Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete.

    Hangtags must remain attached, and all original packaging (including boxes and gifts) must be intact.

    The 7-day period is a consideration period, not a trial period.

    Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Exceeding the 7-day return window

    • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of damage

    • Missing packaging, accessories, or gifts

    • Malicious or excessive returns

    • Intimate items (underwear, inner tops, socks)
      — Returns are not accepted due to hygiene considerations


    3. Return Shipping Fee & Discount Adjustments

    Each order includes one free return when using 7-11 Store-to-Store or the return method assigned by customer service.

    For partial returns, original order discounts may be recalculated:

    • If the remaining items fall below the NT$999 free-shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted.

    • If the return causes the order to no longer meet promotional requirements, refunds will be recalculated based on the original price of the items.

    If you return more than once per order or use a non-designated shipping method, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.


    4. Refund Instructions

    • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

    • Credit card orders: Refunds will be issued directly back to the original credit card.
